Nauyaca waterfalls is a magical spot hidden in the mountains of the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica, well known as one of the most amazing waterfall in the country because of its exuberant scenic beauty.
It is the perfect place for nature lovers and outdoor sports enthusiasts to have an exciting experience discovering a new place. There are two impressive waterfalls, the first one is 45 meters high(147feet) and the second one is 20 meters high (45feet) with a 1,000 square meter pool that is 6 meters deep.
It is the perfect place to have fun and relax at the same time, jumping, swimming and having a great time with friends. The hike to get there from the transportation drop is about 2 miles (45 minutes hiking up to the falls by an old road along the riverside where sometimes you can get a surprise by some of the wildlife.
Once at the amazing falls it is photograph time, from the time you get there until you leave. Then coming down to the bottom pool to cool off and to refresh yourselves.
You can swim to the rock wall and feel the natural massage of the water falling over your shoulder.
After the diving, swimming and having fun you start to get ready for the return hike down to the pick location for the trip home.
