This will start with a delicious cup of coffee, fruits and natural beverages in a mystic old house of almost 150 years old. Explore the magnificent Tempisque River which borders Palo Verde National Park. During the riverboat ride, you will enjoy an incredible number of birds, monkeys, as well as crocodiles and some other species in their natural habitat.
The cultural tour will be optional after lunch, you will get to see and learn how sugar cane was processed in the past using “ox-operated sugar mill” (trapiche), also will try hand-made tortillas, aromatic fresh coffee and some Guanacastecan appetizers made of corn.
